What we sell
OperaFidei sells made-to-order apparel — nothing is mass-produced or held in a warehouse ahead of demand. Every piece is printed or embroidered after you order it, through our print partner Printful, which is why production takes 2–4 business days before your order even ships.
Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and include our margin — there is no separate member price or hidden discount tier. Payment is processed by PayPal; we don't accept any other payment method today. We reserve the right to correct a pricing error before an order ships, and to cancel and fully refund an order affected by one.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Estimated delivery is 2–4 business days of production plus 3–5 business days of transit.
Order acceptance
Your order is a request to buy, not a guaranteed sale until we confirm it. We may cancel and refund an order if an item becomes unavailable, if a pricing error occurred, or if we suspect fraud.
Returns and refunds
All sales are final — see our full Returns & Refunds page for the one exception: a misprinted or damaged piece.
Intellectual property
Every design sold here — the artwork, the graphics, the wordmarks — is the property of OperaFidei. Reproducing or reselling our designs without permission isn't allowed.
Limitation of liability
We're not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this site or a product you bought from us, beyond the price you paid for that product.
