FAQ
The questions people actually ask before ordering — sizing, shipping, materials, and returns.
What does "made to order" actually mean?
Nothing is printed or embroidered until you order it — there's no warehouse of pre-made stock. That's why production takes 2–4 business days before your order even ships, and it's also why every piece feels made for you specifically, not pulled off a shelf.
How long until my order arrives?
2–4 business days of production, then 3–5 business days of shipping within the US. So, realistically, about a week to a week and a half door to door.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only.
What's the difference between the Oversized, Classic, and Cropped cuts?
Oversized is a boxy, dropped-shoulder fit (Stanley/Stella SATU020, organic cotton) meant to run big — size down for a closer fit. Classic is a true-to-size, everyday unisex tee (Bella + Canvas 3001). Cropped is a women's garment-dyed cut that sits above the waist with oversized sleeves (Bella + Canvas 6882GD) — it's meant to run cropped, that's the design, not a sizing issue.
Is the design printed or embroidered?
Depends on the piece — most are printed (DTG on the Oversized/Classic cuts, DTF on the Cropped cut), and a few are embroidered. Each product page's Details panel says exactly which.
Do you accept returns?
No — every piece is made to order specifically for you, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. The one exception is a genuine misprint or shipping damage, which we replace free of charge. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal only, including PayPal's own card checkout if you don't have a PayPal account.
Where does the design on each piece come from?
Every design is built around one real saint, one verse of Scripture, one sacrament, or a plainly-stated message — never generic faith-themed clipart. The exact source (the verse citation, the saint, the tradition behind it) is listed on every product page.
Does every piece have your logo on it?
Most do — a small OperaFidei wordmark on the inside neck label, white on dark colors and black on light ones, so it's there as a quiet maker's mark without competing with the design itself. The one exception is the Cropped cut, where that garment doesn't support an inside label at all.
How do I know my size will fit?
Each product page has a Fit note describing exactly how that cut runs. Still unsure? Ask through the chat widget before you order — sizing questions are always welcome, and since every sale is final, it's worth asking first.
