Privacy Policy

Last updated October 4, 2026. This page explains what we actually collect, why, and who it's shared with — in plain terms.

What we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, and shipping address — only what's needed to ship your order and keep you updated on it. We never see or store your payment card details; payment is processed entirely by PayPal, and we only receive confirmation that a payment went through.

Your shopping bag is stored in your browser's local storage, not on our servers — if you clear your browser data, your bag empties too.

If you use the chat widget and it creates a support ticket, we store your question, your name and email if you gave them, and the conversation that led to it, so whoever answers has full context.

Anonymous usage data

We record a small number of anonymous events — that an item was added to a bag, that checkout was reached — to understand how the store is used. These events carry no personal information, just an event type and timestamp.

Who your information is shared with

  • PayPal — processes your payment. We never handle your card or bank details directly.
  • Printful — our print and fulfillment partner. Your name and shipping address are sent to them so your order can be printed and shipped.
  • Our email provider — sends your order confirmation and shipping notification emails.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, for any reason.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, warranty, and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see below.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reach us through the chat widget on this site and we'll handle it directly.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a material way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
